CIAO (Columbia International Affairs Online) 1991 - to date (updated weekly)
CIAO is a comprehensive source for theory and research in international affairs. It includes full-text of working papers from 58 organizations, abstracts from eleven major international affairs journals, and abstracts and/or reviews of books. More than 280 full-color regional, political, and country maps are also included.

CQ Researcher November 1991 - to date (updated weekly)

Global NewsBank covers issues and events in Africa, Asia, Europe, the former Soviet Union, Pacific Rim, Central and South America and the Middle East.
