Location & Directions


College Library occupies the first three floors of Helen C. White Hall, 600 North Park Street. The entrance to the library is on the south side of the building, on Observatory Drive.


Helen C. White Hall is located on the northwest corner of Observatory Drive and North Park Street.

Limited parking is available under the building - enter from North Park Street. Visitor Parking available on street level during the following times:

All day, Sunday through Saturday
$1 per 30 minutes for the first 2 hours
$1 per hour thereafter
$12 maximum per day 
Visitor Parking available on Lower Level:
Monday through Friday, 4:30 p.m. until 12:00 Midnight
All day Saturday and Sunday
$1 per 30 minutes for the first 2 hours
$1 per hour thereafter
$12 maximum per day 
Pay on Foot Station locations:
Street level, inside elevator lobby, accepts cash and credit cards (MC or VISA)
Street level, north of entry/exit lane, accepts credit cards only (MC or VISA)
Lower level, north of pedestrian walkway, accepts credit cards only (MC or VISA) 
Restrictions: At any time the ramp is designated for use during a Special Event, posted parking conditions and rates apply. For more information, see the Transportation Services Web page. There is no longer any free parking under Helen C. White Hall.  The closest non-campus public parking is located at the Lake Street Ramp.
